By accessing, registering on, or using the 777me website and platform (collectively, the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the 777me platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date noted at the top.

These Terms apply to all users of the 777me platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Service in any capacity.

• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 777me or PAGCOR.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously had a 777me account suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.

777me reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access the full range of 777me services, you must create a registered account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 777me platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 777me account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials — including your password and OTP codes — strictly confidential.
• Notify 777me immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

777me implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Accounts that fail KYC verification may have their withdrawal privileges suspended.

All financial transactions on the 777me platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 777me supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported payment methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed on the 777me deposit and withdrawal pages.

Deposits: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your 777me wallet in real time. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically clear within a few minutes. 777me does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to your verified payment method only. For fully KYC-verified accounts, GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes. Bank withdrawals via InstaPay clear within 2–4 hours. 777me does not charge withdrawal fees; however, minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.

Anti-Money Laundering: In compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), 777me is required to report certain transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible. 777me reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal that triggers AML review protocols.

• Funds deposited into your 777me account may only be used for gaming purposes on the platform.
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review before withdrawal.
• 777me reserves the right to reverse deposits and close accounts where fraudulent payment activity is detected.

From time to time, 777me offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus terms applicable to all 777me promotions are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 777me reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated withdrawal conditions.

All games available on the 777me platform — including slots, bingo, live casino tables, sports betting, and sabong — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game on 777me, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

Random Number Generation: All non-live games on 777me use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. RNG certification is conducted by independent third-party testing laboratories. The outcome of every game is determined solely by the RNG and is not influenced by previous results, bet size, or any other external factor.

Live Casino: Live dealer games on 777me are operated by licensed third-party providers. Game outcomes are determined by physical dealing, spinning, or rolling in a controlled studio environment. 777me does not control the outcome of live dealer games.

Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on 777me are subject to the sports betting rules published on the platform. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it is binding. 777me reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, or other exceptional circumstances as defined in the sports betting rules.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned.
• Game history and transaction records maintained by 777me servers shall be the definitive record in the event of any dispute.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing bets. 777me is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777me platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to obtain winnings that would not otherwise be achievable.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including but not limited to poker, bingo, or live dealer games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the 777me platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 777me platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 777me staff through any communication channel.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using stolen payment credentials.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 777me platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 777me platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any 777me content.
• Use any 777me trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the 777me platform.

Any unauthorized use of 777me intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe any content on the 777me platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the email address provided in Section 14.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 777me and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Interruption or cessation of the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control.

The 777me platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

777me reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent authority.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to your verified payment method within 14 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding AML review. 777me is not obligated to return funds where the account closure is due to fraud or a material breach of these Terms.

You may close your 777me account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

777me reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the 777me platform.

Amended Terms take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the 777me platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The 777me platform operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 777me platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

For disputes relating specifically to gaming outcomes or account transactions, players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.
